More than two miles up?!?!
Today we went on a short trip from Ft. Collins to Estes Park then into the Rocky Mountain National Park. We went up what’s known around Colorado as the ‘Highest Road in America‘ then made the relatively short climb to the top of a peak above the road. As soon as we started our climb the wind picked up and then were pelted with hard snow pellets (not hail) and driven off the peak. Watch the really short video for a ‘audio’ tell on the weather….
