Nothing against the new Gmail experience, but it would be nice if there was a bit of informed warning.
Just moments ago I decided to sign into my gmail account and was surprised to see a image heavy, redesigned e-mail login… For me, who has been using gmail since the first months of it’s ‘invitation only’ days, is a bit taken aback.
I personally like the clean, simple, google-ish simplicity of the old e-mail system. But now, it’s become another igoogle component, filled with images and customization. For most people these changes may be great, but for me a little prepping would have been nice.
Now I will be looking intently for the button to ‘simplify’ my gmail experience again.
